Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Writing blog posts, marketing/ad copy and other content;
- Implement initiatives to build network;
- Proactively bring new ideas to the table;
- Maintain consistent brand voice and engaging content relevant to each medium and platform;
- Organize and maintain editorial calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication;
- Develop creative ideas and creative writing (ads, scripts, stories, etc.);
- Engage and communicate with our traditional and social media audiences;
- Stay on top of current trends, recommending appropriate opportunities for the brand.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented;
- Strong analytical mind;
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment;
- Minimum 1 to 3 years Marketing, Public Relations or Content Writing experience;
- Able to write creatively for different client brands;
- Fully bilingual spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload;
- Knowledge of social media marketing analytics products and ability to analyze and report data to senior staff;
- Experience and familiarity with leading social media platforms (experience with WeChat and Facebook is a must);
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, comfortable in a collaborative environment;
- You take pride in doing great work and you care about the details;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or Public Relations.
