Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing blog posts, marketing/ad copy and other content;
  • Implement initiatives to build network;
  • Proactively bring new ideas to the table;
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and engaging content relevant to each medium and platform;
  • Organize and maintain editorial calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication;
  • Develop creative ideas and creative writing (ads, scripts, stories, etc.);
  • Engage and communicate with our traditional and social media audiences;
  • Stay on top of current trends, recommending appropriate opportunities for the brand.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented;
  • Strong analytical mind;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment;
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years Marketing, Public Relations or Content Writing experience;
  • Able to write creatively for different client brands;
  • Fully bilingual spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload;
  • Knowledge of social media marketing analytics products and ability to analyze and report data to senior staff;
  • Experience and familiarity with leading social media platforms (experience with WeChat and Facebook is a must);
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, comfortable in a collaborative environment;
  • You take pride in doing great work and you care about the details;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or Public Relations.
