Our company is looking for a Associate Technical Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements the Yardi suite of software products by assisting clients with system implementation, training, and technical support;
  • Performs data mapping and conversions;
  • Performs system and business process reviews and other service reviews and makes recommendations on best practices;
  • Researches, analyzes and resolves software issues;
  • Supports software product customization based on client requirements;
  • Works on a regular basis with Yardi internal resource teams to include: training, conversion, sales and development;
  • Responsible for providing and coordinating Interdepartmental support concerning client issues and EDI implementations;
  • Works closely with Legal when necessary to address client needs and concerns;
  • Responsible for owner/management changeover as well as cancellation processes for accounts within their portfolio;
  • Training properties and clients on Yardi’s utility billing and utility expense management tools.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in three of the following areas: Property Management, Accounting, Microsoft Windows, Technical Support, SQL, HTML/ASP;
  • Project Management, Accounting, or Property Management experience/background;
  • Prior experience with Yardi software highly desirable;
  • Prior experience with property management software or real estate software highly desirable;
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics or Information Management preferred;
  • Solid Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience setting and managing client expectations.
