Our company is looking for a Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, develop or upgrade the methodology of maintenance systems to maximize fast and reliable response to equipment problems;
  • Analyze and identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent re occurrence;
  • Maintain continuous improvement focus through effective leadership in maintenance meetings;
  • Provide training and ongoing development to the Maintenance team;
  • Procure all necessary services and parts for Planned jobs via SAP;
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the problem-solving process;
  • Plan and supervise all work of maintenance workers, subcontractors, & contract staff;
  • Organize and facilitate various meetings to lead and empower your team;
  • Follow departmental budgets to ensure good cost control.
