Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the maintenance management system to ensure effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize impact on production schedules.
  • Identify and procure necessary tools, equipment, and resources required for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and other relevant data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field
  • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with maintenance personnel, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work orders and schedule maintenance activities
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize maintenance processes
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and requirements in the workplace
