Responsibilities:
- Inspection, damage assessment, and root cause determination to prevent re-occurrence, repairs and testing;
- Preventative maintenance;
- Open communication with co-workers to compliment a team environment;
- Detailed documentation of maintenance work orders;
- Maintenance of plant equipment, building and housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Able to work all shifts, overtime and on-call as required;
- Must have own tools;
- Millwright certification is a must;
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment,
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills required;
- Attention to detail is essential;
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to contribute and work in a team environment;
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills are essential;
- Excellent work ethic and an excellent attitude with the ability to learn quickly;
- Reliable attendance;
- Fabrication experience would be a strong asset.
