Our company is looking for a Product Support Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/English) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients 24/7, thus hours of work may vary;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish;
  • Customer feedback and follow-through;
  • Support carrier demo and product trial programs;
  • Manage, develop and deliver product service training to Resellers and External Customers;
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction to Resellers and External Customers.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level Excel skills including creation of pivot tables and reports;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Internet savvy and accustomed to the use of automated systems;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required;
  • Exceptional relationship building skills;
  • Experience with SQL preferred;
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred;
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree is required;
  • Highly self-motivated, articulate and analytical-minded;
  • 2+ years of customer service experience;
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
