Our company is looking for a Product Support Specialist (Bilingual French/English) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction to Re-sellers and External Customers;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French;
- Support carrier demo and product trial programs;
- Customer feedback and follow-through;
- Manage, develop and deliver product service training to Re-sellers and External Customers;
- Supporting clients 24/7, thus hours of work may vary.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience;
- Highly self-motivated, articulate and analytical-minded;
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree is required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Expert-level Excel skills including creation of pivot tables and reports;
- Previous experience in troubleshooting technical issues is considered an asset;
- Experience with SQL is considered an asset;
- Exceptional relationship building skills;
- Internet savvy and accustomed to the use of automated systems;
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is considered an asset;
- Fluency in English and French is required.
