Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French-English to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lift 150 lbs;
- When required, perform warehouse duties including processing orders, order picking and shipping;
- Computer literate with knowledge of Internet and MS Office;
- Coordinate daily business with head office;
- Communicate with existing and new customers in French and English, via email, over the phone, and in-person;
- Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, processing Returns (RGA);
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Work regional trade shows, events and attend training sessions as required;
- Strong presentation and telephone skills.
Requirements:
- Performs other related duties as required or requested;
- Performs necessary record keeping activities;
- Share ideas with the department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
