Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French-English to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to lift 150 lbs;
  • When required, perform warehouse duties including processing orders, order picking and shipping;
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Internet and MS Office;
  • Coordinate daily business with head office;
  • Communicate with existing and new customers in French and English, via email, over the phone, and in-person;
  • Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, processing Returns (RGA);
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Work regional trade shows, events and attend training sessions as required;
  • Strong presentation and telephone skills.

Requirements:

  • Performs other related duties as required or requested;
  • Performs necessary record keeping activities;
  • Share ideas with the department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
