IT Systems Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Systems Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging best practices and systems to automate the staging and deployment of client software;
- Supporting desktop applications including all versions of MS Office, CAD related applications, custom web applications, and others;
- Design and Administration responsibility for ADFS and Azure AD for proper SSO functionality and authentication across the enterprise;
- Managing third party service providers to provide helpdesk service and support including overall responsibility for the helpdesk;
- Primary responsibility for web security gateway/proxy/filter and the security of all inbound and outbound web traffic;
- Completing any other duties as assigned, including on-call after hours support as required;
- Using knowledge of ITIL to ensure compliance with change control, incident management and develop service level agreements for end users;
- Working as part of the helpdesk team providing firsthand support, user training and self-help documentation to end users.
