Our company is looking for a Systems and Network Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of access, permissions, rights based on data classification;
  • Comply with ITIL standards and best practices;
  • Act as an expert resource within IT for delivery requirements;
  • Provide insight, information and recommendations on technology trends;
  • Ensure that internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met;
  • Participate in planning with IT management to identify and prioritize activities to minimize downtime;
  • Work strategically with client to determine project requirements;
  • Ensure that the Global Hybrid Technology infrastructure continues to operate reliably 24/7;
  • Acts as an integrator of solutions; ensures a good understanding of the problem and the solution and explains the options to clients;
  • Provide assistance to establish and implement changes to corporate IT quality control procedures and policies as required;
  • Manage the delivery of all projects and ensure a high level of service and support to the client;
  • Completes administrative paperwork such as timesheets, time off requests, expenses, etc;
  • Maintain effective dialogue with client groups;
  • Share expert knowledge of current techniques, IT systems, and trends and developments to improve the technical skills of the team;
  • Recommend and implement new technology solutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in technology infrastructure within a multi office, multi-country setting environment is required;
  • Must meet requirements to apply and receive applicable government security clearances;
  • Must have related post-secondary education;
  • Ability to travel and participate in an on-call rotation program is a must;
  • Membership in a Relevant professional association is considered an asset.
