Electrical Integration Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Electrical Integration Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure work areas remain clean and well organized;
 - Perform integration tasks related to the installation of cabling and equipment;
 - Ensure quality by following work instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality;
 - Follow direction from Journeymen, Leads and Supervisors;
 - Test systems, equipment and components using a variety of tools and equipment;
 - Other duties as required;
 - Promote a safety culture as well as attend all safety meetings.
 
Requirements:
- Using upper extremities to apply or exert a force up to 20 lbs;
 - Typing, punching or applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm;
 - Perceiving size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with the fingertips;
 - Must be able to lift and handle up to 50lbs on a regular basis;
 - Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment;
 - Safety training certificates are an asset for the position;
 - Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction in a repetitive manner continuously;
 - This position is not eligible for indenturing under the Apprenticeship and Industry Training program for Electricians;
 - Continuous standing, walking 50-300 foot distances for long periods of time with only occasional sitting;
 - Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs;
 - Minimum education level of a High School Diploma is required.
