Lead finance at Jim Peplinski Capital as a strategic CFO, shaping the future with your expertise in capital management and risk. Collaborate closely with the President and Executive Team to drive growth and innovation. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee Finance, Credit, and Risk functions, mentoring teams and directly influencing critical decisions. Your leadership will be hands-on, as you navigate capital structures, funding, and risk management in a dynamic environment. Your valued input will empower JPC as a leader in the fleet management space. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and mentor high-performance Finance and Credit teams
- Manage capital, liquidity, and banking relationships effectively
- Oversee credit performance and portfolio risk management
- Ensure timely financial reporting and executive insights
- Lead compliance, accounting, and audit functions
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience required
- Strong background in fleet management or equipment finance
- High-level commercial credit judgment skills
- CPA preferred, but experience is key
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions and make decisions
