Print Production Coordinator in Toronto

Become the key liaison for client services as a Print Production Coordinator based in Toronto, ON. This role involves managing print production and coordinating between clients, sales, and production teams. You will oversee all aspects of print production from initiation to final delivery. With a focus on quality, you will track deadlines, prepare client files, and ensure all prints meet necessary technical specifications. Your role will require troubleshooting and delivering client-focused solutions to ensure satisfaction every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact between clients and production teams
• Coordinate print production from start to finish
• Track timelines and ensure quality standards are met
• Review and prepare files for print, including preflight
• Maintain organized documentation for each project Requirements:
• 3+ years in a client solutions environment
• 3+ years in print production, preferably in a coordinated role
• Experience with digital, offset, and large format printing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related prepress software
• Strong communication and organizational skills Enhance your skills in print coordination while ensuring client satisfaction and project quality in Toronto.
