Le monde de l'éducation vous passionne. Vous souhaitez faire votre part dans la réussite des élèves. La Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM) recrute une/un concierge de soutien.
En collaboration avec la/le concierge en chef, la personne assurera la propreté, la sécurité et le fonctionnement technique des bâtiments scolaires tels que le nettoyage, les réparations mineures et l’entretien extérieur.
La DSFM occupe une place de premier plan au sein de l'enseignement en français et de la gestion de ses nombreuses écoles au Manitoba. Les perspectives d’emploi dans le domaine de l’éducation sont excellentes à la DSFM! Rejoignez-nous!
Qualification et expérience
- Possède un diplôme d’études secondaires
- A de l’expérience en nettoyage et en maintien, un atout
Compétences générales et spécifiques
- Maîtrise les deux langues officielles du Canada, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Sait utiliser la suite Microsoft Office
- A la capacité à rester debout, marcher et manipuler des charges
- Peut travailler dans des conditions variées
- Démontre de la ponctualité et la fiabilité
- Fait preuve de fortes habiletés communicationnelles et interpersonnelles
- Démontre une grande intégrité personnelle dans ses interactions avec les autres
- Fait preuve d’ouverture d’esprit, de travail d’équipe et de collaboration
- Peut s’adapter aux circonstances changeantes dans un milieu de travail basé sur la polyvalence
✅ Conditions d'embauche
- Dispose de l’autorisation légale de travailler au Canada
- Détient une vérification du casier judiciaire pour les personnes appelées à travailler auprès des personnes vulnérables et une vérification du registre concernant les mauvais traitements auprès des enfants datées moins de douze (12) mois
