Junior Sales Agent Intern

Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Agent will support the CEO and team by identifying prospective clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, and assisting with sales processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in sales, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the CEO
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and update contact information regularly.
• Qualify leads to ensure they are viable for follow-up by the senior sales team.
• Assist in client relationship management ensuring satisfactory
• Resolve client queries and issues promptly, escalating to senior sales agents when necessary.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
• Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance to the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or currently taking up Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Goal - driven to achieve targets
• Ability to adapt

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in basic software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRMs

Working Conditions:

• Full-time Internship
• Free trainings from the CEO himself
• Office-based with some travel required for client meetings and industry events - Expenses paid by the company
• Office location at Manitoba, Canada
• Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on sales activities and deadlines.
