Cannabis Shop Manager Pot Life Inc. Location Winnipeg, MB Salary 24.50 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Urban area Responsibilities: Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision 5-10 people Staff in various areas of responsibility Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Collaborative Efficiency Goal-oriented Outgoing Positive attitude Proactive Time management Client focus Excellent oral communication Flexibility Interpersonal awareness Team player Until: 2026-04-01
