The Role: We're looking for a Front of House Manager to support the daily operations of one of our vibrant locations ( University District Location ). The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong background in restaurant leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead by example and help foster a positive, respectful work culture
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to FOH team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our brand values
- Assist with scheduling, staff management, and performance reviews
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Help coordinate and execute catering orders and in-store initiatives
- Drive revenue awareness and assist with labor and cost controls
- Help with everyday ordering from Sysco/Pratts/ Local Suppliers
- Ensure clear, open, and ongoing communication with the kitchen and chef
- Work closely with the BOH team to support smooth daily operations
- Collaborate on prep and timing to ensure service runs efficiently
- Align on expectations for catering orders and any special events
- Communicate after-hours feedback or updates to maintain strong team alignment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality (required)
- A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure and confident in problem-solving
- Passionate about hospitality, wellness, and community engagement
- Proficient in using scheduling and POS systems
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Committed to creating an inclusive and inspiring workplace
