We are currently looking for a full-time team member to join our Front of House and Back of House operations. This role involves managing the customer experience, which includes greeting guests, providing service, and processing payments, as well as assisting with back-end operations as required.

Front of house responsabilities 

• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Processing payments through the Point of Sale system (POS)
• Order management
• Maintenance

Back of house:

• Provide support to the Chef and culinary team by assisting with cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and floor maintenance, as required.

Required skills:

• A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Positive and professional attitude
• Team-first mindset
• Excellent verbal skill for interacting with guests and communicating with kitchen staff
• Multitasking and Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and manage high stress situations
• Professionalism: Maintaining a calm demeanor and handling guests complaints effectively
