Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Medcan
Build personalized customer journeys for Medcan using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization. This hands-on role supports lifecycle marketing execution.As Medcan’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will administer and develop scalable marketing automation solutions. You will translate business requirements into campaigns, journeys, and personalization programs. The work supports acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through customer data and automation.Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize automated customer journeys and email campaignsDevelop solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and AMPscriptCreate audience segments, data extensions, and targeting strategiesExecute deployments with quality assurance and timeline adherenceMonitor performance and troubleshoot campaign, data, and integration issuesRequirements:
Five or more years administering Salesforce Marketing CloudAdvanced proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and Marketing Cloud toolsExperience building lifecycle campaigns and personalization programsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsKnowledge of privacy, accessibility, governance, and deliverability practicesApply Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, automation knowledge, and analytical skills to strengthen Medcan’s lifecycle marketing programs.
