Plan high-impact corporate events for Volkswagen Financial Services while applying project management, sponsorship, and bilingual communication skills in a hybrid setting.The Event Marketing Specialist leads marketing event planning and execution for Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen brand partners. This 14-month contract supports Dealer and Employee satisfaction through strategic event design, presentations, promotional merchandise, and vendor coordination. The role also manages purchasing processes and Dealer Communications and Events support.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Request for Proposal processes and meeting logisticsPlan joint events with Brand teams and align messagingManage sponsorships, partners, vendors, and event materialsOversee merchandise forecasting, communications, and inventory controlCoordinate purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation processesRequirements:
University degree in Marketing or Corporate CommunicationTwo to five years of Event Marketing experienceCorporate events, meetings, tradeshows, and events coordination backgroundFluent written and spoken French and EnglishAdobe InDesign and Photoshop experienceBring event leadership, exceptional project management, and brand coordination skills to Volkswagen Financial Services across its marketing programs.
