Lead enterprise Salesforce strategy and delivery at McKesson through portfolio management, governance, and measurable business outcomes. Work in McKesson’s Flex & Connect model, with two office days weekly.As Salesforce Solution Lead, you will guide complex enterprise solutions from strategy through operations and continuous improvement. You will connect business priorities, technology roadmaps, investment decisions, and operational needs. The role partners with senior leaders, Solution Managers, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams across delivery and change.Key Responsibilities:
Own Salesforce portfolio delivery, milestones, governance, and performance measuresCommunicate decisions, trade-offs, progress, and business valuePrioritize initiatives, dependencies, risk, cost, capacity, and sustainabilityLead complex issue resolution and mitigation planningAlign solutions with architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and platform standardsRequirements:
10+ years of relevant enterprise solution or technology experienceEnterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle experienceComplex portfolio, dependency, risk, and executive stakeholder managementBusiness case, investment, budget, cost, and value evaluation experienceKnowledge of architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and service managementBring Salesforce governance, portfolio leadership, and strategic delivery expertise to McKesson’s enterprise healthcare technology environment.
