As the Director, you will spearhead innovative management within the Advanced Concepts team. This role entails overseeing strategic foresight, portfolio tracking, and collaborating across functions to transform inventive concepts into successful products. Leveraging your expertise, you'll ensure the team remains on the cutting edge of innovation in the outdoor industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Advanced Concepts team's innovation strategies
- Develop a balanced innovation portfolio spanning different timelines
- Set performance metrics and risk management solutions
- Work closely with diverse teams to drive product commercialization
- Inspire and mentor your team towards innovative excellence
- 10+ years in product innovation with a focus on apparel
- Proven track record in leadership and management
- Skills in building and maintaining an IP portfolio
- Experience with financial and operational metrics
- Knowledge of integrating innovation into seasonal strategies
