Director of Technical Services at Jetson

Drive the transition to sustainable energy as Jetson's Director of Technical Services. Oversee the technical service team and improve key service metrics to ensure homeowner satisfaction. In this leadership role, you will shape the future of home electrification at Jetson. With over eight years in HVAC or residential mechanical service, you will lead system designers and support staff while fostering innovation. Your expertise will ensure effective resolution of service challenges and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the technical service team overseeing system designers
- Own key service metrics like callback rate and first-time fix rate
- Build a remote triage and diagnostics function to reduce service visits
- Manage warranty administration and manufacturer claims efficiently
- Collaborate on service recovery and customer communication strategies
- 8+ years in HVAC or mechanical service industries
- Hands-on diagnostic skills with heat pumps and HVAC systems
- EPA 608 certification and preferably NATE certification
- Experience managing warranty programs and manufacturer relationships
- Familiarity with field service management platforms
