Senior Customer Service – Plumbing Expert (Laval)
Our client, a Canadian leader in the distribution of construction materials, is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service professional for its profit center located in Laval. This strategic role is ideal for a technical sales professional looking to transition into a role of influence and mentorship within a dynamic team. As a Senior Customer Service representative in Laval, you will be the pillar of the customer experience and the technical reference for your colleagues.

Summary Description: Reporting to the Profit Center Manager, the Senior Customer Service specialist is responsible for opening the location at 6:00 AM and managing all requests from trade customers (contractors). This role combines technical plumbing expertise with the ability to handle complex situations while providing warm and efficient service.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical commercial sales or B2B.

Excellent knowledge of plumbing products (a major asset).

Bilingualism needed (many customers and suppliers are outside Quebec)

Outgoing, energetic personality with great interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP systems).
