Head Of Human Resources Strategy
Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc.
Lead HR strategy and organizational transformation at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, supporting Canada and United States operations. Report directly to the CEO.This senior executive leads every Human Resources function across a rapidly growing, multi-location organization. You will build scalable systems, strengthen organizational capability, and advise senior leadership. The mandate includes talent management, succession planning, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies supporting long-term business objectivesBuild scalable processes, systems, policies, and governanceLead succession planning, leadership development, and talent managementOversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HRISPartner with the CEO on workforce planning and growth initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experienceAt least five years leading an HR departmentExtensive Canadian employment legislation knowledgeExperience supporting multiple locations and provincesShape Real Fruit Bubble Tea's HR organization through strategic leadership, scalable systems, and strong organizational development expertise.
