Head Of Esg Investment Strategy

Lead responsible investment strategy at Fengate Asset Management, integrating ESG considerations across investment processes from a hybrid Toronto, Miami, or Houston office.This experienced leadership position develops and continuously evolves Fengate’s responsible investment framework. You will work across investment teams and corporate functions, addressing sustainability, responsible labour, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and value creation. The role reports to a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead responsible investment strategy development, implementation, and governanceIntegrate sustainability risks across origination, diligence, approval, and ownershipOversee ESG data, carbon accounting, and reporting qualityDevelop investor disclosures, fundraising materials, and operational roadmapsAdvise leaders and represent Fengate with external stakeholdersRequirements:
Five or more years in responsible investment, ESG, or sustainabilityUnderstanding of infrastructure, energy management, and decarbonization strategiesKnowledge of private-markets responsible investment standards and frameworksAbility to influence teams, leaders, and external stakeholdersDegree in business, finance, sustainability, engineering, or related disciplineApply responsible investment, ESG reporting, and sustainability expertise to shape Fengate’s strategy, governance, and investment decision-making.
