Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee development, performance reviews, and personnel records. Success requires organized project management, critical thinking, and adaptable communication.Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR operational strategies and business project initiativesMaintain electronic employee records and filing retrieval systemsProcess benefits, qualifying events, promotions, and demotionsAdminister leaves, trackers, benefit payments, and COBRA transfersAnalyze exit interviews and support performance reviewsRequirements:
Two to five years of union-environment experienceBachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience requiredExperience with HRIS and payrolling systemsUKG or similar software experience preferredStrong planning, analysis, organization, and communication skillsBring structured HR operations, benefits administration, payroll knowledge, and compliance focus to Keolis employee services.
