Job Description
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure all timelines are met.
- Assist in resource allocation to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities.
- Facilitate communication between construction teams and management.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines.
- Support procurement activities, including tracking materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator should have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in coordinating residential projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
