Account Specialist

Job Responsibility:

The Accounts Specialist responsibilities include (but are not limited to) staff scheduling and coordinating, plan, implement, assign and direct work and execute services at new sites, work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow.

Accounts Specialist should demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, be deadline-oriented, have strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, excellent organization skills, strong time management skills, be deadline-oriented, poses effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staffs' janitorial duties, and flexibility (must be available to answer calls after hours).

Accounts Specialist Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules A's for staff to ensure client expectations are being met and GMT service standards are maintained
• Communicate with customers on the status of their sites and update them on inspections
• Upsell or cross-sell services to temporary and existing customers
• Notify management of site/client concerns, crew issues, new locations etc.
• Investigate situations with service delivery with an interest to identifying ways to address inefficiencies and prevent future issues
• Ensure quality control processes are followed and/or updated as needed
• Track all training requirements for each client site and coordinate with key Supervisors to ensure completed and updated
• Track and invoice all one-off client sites
• Schedule, track and invoice for temporary and existing client sites
• Occasional support for onsite training of new staff
• Coordinate all administrative, training and scheduling details for a new client implementation
• Coordinate and track inspections
• Customer service and customer relationship management
• Entering of new clients into Quickbooks
• Entering of new clients into Zoho
• Ordering of supplies for client sites
• Invoicing of temporary coverages as well as unit cleans
• Send out monthly GMT newsletters to employees

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)
