This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a TikTok Shop – Creator Manager based in Canada. Take ownership of creator-led growth campaigns for leading direct-to-consumer brands across the DACH market. As a TikTok Shop Creator Manager, you will develop creative concepts and content strategies that turn creator partnerships into high-performing social commerce campaigns. You will manage the creator process from concept development to performance analysis, ensuring that scripts and creative assets resonate with audiences and drive results. Working closely with company founders, you will have the opportunity to influence creative direction and contribute directly to brand growth. Accountabilities: You will oversee creator-related processes for major brands across the DACH region, combining creative strategy, creator collaboration, and data-driven optimization to deliver impactful TikTok Shop campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage and coordinate creator processes for leading brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. - Develop creative concepts and content strategies tailored to TikTok Shop and each brand's objectives. - Write compelling scripts and creative briefs that guide creators in producing engaging, high-performing content. - Collaborate closely with company founders to align creative initiatives with business goals and growth strategies. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. - Analyze creative assets and continuously optimize content based on performance data and audience engagement. - Apply advanced creative strategy techniques and industry best practices to improve campaign outcomes.
