Job Responsibilities

TikTok Shop is where content, creators, paid media, and commerce collide —and we want someone who knows how to turn that ecosystem into profitable growth.

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own Shapermint’s TikTok Shop in the US as a revenue channel, not a content calendar.

You’ll own the commercial engine behind the shop: GMV, margin, affiliates, LIVE shopping, shoppable video, TikTok Shop Ads, assortment, and shop health . You’ll build the systems that help us scale in the US today—and create the playbook we can take into new markets tomorrow.

• Own TikTok Shop performance end-to-end, driving GMV, margin, AOV, conversion, and return-rate improvements .

• Build and scale the creator/affiliate engine , including Open and Target Collaborations, recruitment, commission tiers, samples, seeding, and creator performance management.

• Build a consistent LIVE shopping and shoppable-video engine , optimizing cadence, hosts, offers, demos, and selling mechanics based on performance.

• Partner with Performance Marketing to scale winning affiliate and organic content through Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max, Spark Ads, and LIVE Shopping Ads .

• Own the commercial strategy across assortment, pricing, promotions, commissions, ad investment, and TikTok sale events , protecting profitability as GMV grows.

• Analyze Seller Center and channel data to identify winning products, creators, content, and growth opportunities , using tools such as Kalodata, FastMoss, EchoTik, Looker, or similar.

• Keep the shop healthy by overseeing catalog and listings, inventory sync, fulfillment SLAs, returns, violations, and TikTok commerce-policy compliance .

• Partner closely with Brand, Social, Performance, Merchandising, CX, and Operations to turn TikTok demand into a seamless customer and commercial experience.

• Lead a lean team while remaining a hands-on player-coach , building a repeatable TikTok Shop playbook that can scale beyond the US.

• 4–8 years of experience across eCommerce, social commerce, marketplaces, creator commerce, or affiliate commerce.

• Approximately 1.5–2.5+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience , with a proven track record of growing GMV; US-market experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience owning or co-owning a TikTok Shop P&L , with strong understanding of GMV, margin, referral fees, commissions, ad spend, AOV, and returns.

• Deep experience building commission-based TikTok Shop affiliate programs at scale , including Open/Target Collaboration, creator recruitment, seeding, and commission strategy.

• Hands-on experience with TikTok LIVE Shopping and shoppable video , with a clear understanding of the mechanics that drive conversion.

• Experience running or closely partnering on TikTok Shop Ads , including Video Shopping Ads and GMV Max.

• Strong operational knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center , catalog/listing management, inventory, fulfillment SLAs, shop health, and compliance.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using Seller Center data, Google Sheets, Looker, Kalodata, FastMoss, EchoTik , or similar tools to make commercial decisions.

• Strong written English for a US-market/global environment; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is highly relevant for our LATAM-anchored remote team.
