- Design, implement, and enhance HR policies and programs
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level HR experience
- CPHR designation and relevant university degree
- Demonstrated skill in labor relations and advisement
- Deep understanding of organizational operations
- Proven ability to influence and engage at all levels
