- Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for enterprise initiatives
- Analyze current and design future-state business processes
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Support project planning, estimation, and risk communication
- Produce status updates and analysis reports as needed
- 7+ years in business analysis for large-scale IT initiatives
- Proven expertise in requirements management and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with leadership
- Familiarity with project management frameworks preferred
