Senior Business Analyst Hybrid Role

With over 8 years of experience, you will leverage your knowledge of ERP systems and data transformations to ensure project objectives are met. Collaborating with various teams, you will share insights, manage stakeholder communications, and support quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of business analysis and documentation
• Conduct interviews and working groups for requirement gathering
• Produce detailed analysis artifacts and process flows
• Perform feasibility analyses and develop future state operating models
• Work with Project Managers on risk assessment and decisions

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a senior business analysis capacity
• Strong experience in ERP implementations
• Proficiency with Microsoft and analysis tools, including SQL
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Preferred IIBA designation or equivalent
