Kingston Gender Research Officer Volunteer Role

You will play a vital role in helping shape community strategies based on your research evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze research documents centered on LGBTQIA+ issues
- Collaborate with advocacy teams for effective initiatives
- Support capacity-building for CVC through research insights
- Engage with civil society organizations in project efforts
- Contribute to data-driven advocacy strategies
- Degree in social/political sciences or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in advancing gender equality
- Proficient in data measurement and analysis
- Experience working within LGBTQIA+ advocacy
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
