Customs Analyst Role at Nutrien

Focus on customs analysis and logistics at Nutrien, a global leader in crop services. This position requires expertise in customs compliance and documentation practices. As a Customs Analyst reporting to the Sr. Manager, you'll handle a high volume of complex requests. Your responsibility includes providing guidance to Customs Brokers and ensuring compliance with import-export regulations across multiple locations in Canada and the US. You will interact with various internal teams while ensuring a smooth operational flow and data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume tariff research requests efficiently
- Guide customs brokers for timely import/export compliance
- Review product descriptions and determine Harmonized System codes
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation
- Conduct audits for customs entries and compliance errors
- 2-5 years in customs brokerage or compliance
- CCS or CTCS designation required
- Experience with US/Canadian customs regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in SAP, MSS, and Microsoft Office
