- Define KPIs and success metrics for pilot frameworks
- Present data analysis results to executive leadership
- Mentor junior analysts on AI tool integration
- Conduct strategic reviews using insightful data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 3+ years at a senior level
- Expertise in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies
