Drive impactful fundraising at Heritage Park as a Major Gifts and Corporate Partnerships Officer. This full-time role focuses on securing high-value contributions from individual and corporate donors. The Major Gifts and Corporate Partnerships Officer will manage a portfolio of around 120 donors and corporate partners, aiming to secure at least $750,000 annually. With a disciplined approach in moves management and relationship building, you'll engage with philanthropists and businesses to boost revenue growth. This role emphasizes ethical fundraising and a strong commitment to heritage preservation through effective donor stewardship. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a strategic portfolio of individual and corporate donors
- Develop engagement strategies to enhance donor relationships
- Lead the lifecycle of major gift solicitations
- Create tailored proposals and sponsorship packages
- Collaborate with marketing for partnership opportunities
- Degree in non-profit management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in major gifts fundraising
- Proven record of securing large donations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with donor database systems preferred
