- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, inside a manufacturing, industrial, setting.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in processing payroll and managing time-and-attendance software ADP, Strong command of Excel.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of regional employment standards and labor compliance.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR designation (such as a CHRP) is an asset
