Student Volunteer - Human Resources Administrative Assistant

About the Organization
One Position to August 28, 2026 - 3 days per week
- Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9
- Status: Contract, Part Time
- Office Hours: Three days per week - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 21 Hours per week
- Office Expectations: Work in the office

- Review and update interview templates
- Review and update job descriptions
- Review and update agency policies
- Research performance development
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Business College/ Human Resources Graduate or current student
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Ability to multi-task and effective organization skills are required
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standard
- A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.
