In this role at EY-Parthenon, you will manage SPA advisory engagements involving both acquisitions and disposals. Your work will directly support private equity firms and corporations as they navigate complex deals. You'll be instrumental in analyzing financial results and providing insights that drive negotiations and client decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SPA advisory projects for clients
• Analyze financial data and prepare pricing schedules
• Support client negotiations with detailed outputs
• Work closely with bankers and legal advisors
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of client relationships
Requirements:
• CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role
• Familiarity with financial performance and analysis
• Excellent relationship management abilities
• Bilingualism in French and English essential
