Senior Brand manager

Job Responsibility: Ride the next mile with us! Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing & Commercial Strategy, you will be responsible for the management of all our brands related initiatives, maintain our brand guidelines and integrity, build equity, and support our market share growth. What You'll Do

• Spearhead the structural development of Intelcom and Dragonfly brands in Canada, Australia, and other countries as we expand.
• Develop and deploy the brand vision, positioning, value growth strategy, and measurement to enhance the brand's identity, visibility, and market position.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, communications, HR to ensure brand strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all template documents provided to our employees and presented to clients, oversee our booth at trade shows, develop corporate merchandise, delivery vests, and any potential new branded requirements.
• Lead a talented team consisting of a design lead, project manager, design specialist, and a coordinator.
• Manage relationships with our agencies and freelancers.
• This position may require travel across the country to stay connected with our network.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Creative thinker with a passion and proven experience in branding and marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret data and market trends.
