Description du postePour accompagner notre croissance au Canada, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Manager , basé(e) à Montréal. Rattaché(e) à la Group Sales Director, vous êtes notre relais sur le territoire québécois : vous développez le portefeuille clients et pilotez les projets de transformation digitale sur les domaines HR et Travel & Expense (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur et solutions équivalentes).
Développement commercial & Avant-vente
- Élaborer et exécuter le plan de prospection sur le Québec : chasse, réseau, événements HR Tech et T&E, prescripteurs
- Détecter et qualifier les opportunités sur les domaines HR et T&E
- Mener les rendez-vous de découverte, cadrer les besoins et construire la proposition de valeur Arago
- Élaborer les propositions, chiffrages et réponses aux appels d'offres
- Conduire les soutenances, négocier et closer ; piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vente
- Animer le pipeline (CRM) et développer l'écosystème local (éditeurs, partenaires, prescripteurs)
Delivery & Pilotage de projets
- Cadrer et piloter les projets vendus : périmètre, planning, budget, gouvernance, qualité
- Contribuer selon votre expertise : ateliers de design, conseil fonctionnel, paramétrage, recette, go-live
- Garantir la marge et la rentabilité ; détecter les opportunités d'extension (upsell)
- Coordonner les consultants mobilisés (locaux et internationaux)
Représentation & Coordination
- Représenter Arago au Québec et animer la relation avec les clients et partenaires locaux
- Coordonner avec les équipes et la practice Delivery
- Faire remonter les tendances du marché québécois pour ajuster l'offre
Qualifications
- 10 ans d'expérience minimum, idéalement en cabinet de conseil, ESN ou chez un éditeur / intégrateur HR & T&E
- Exposition aux domaines HR (SIRH / HR Tech : SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce…) et T&E (Concur, Expensya…)
- Double track record : résultats commerciaux (avant-vente, deals) et delivery (implémentations en cycle complet)
- Maîtrise du cycle de vente B2B services / conseil et du pilotage de projet
- Aisance avec les décideurs (DRH, DAF, DSI)
- Bilingue français / anglais impératif
- Autonomie, sens du résultat et esprit entrepreneurial
