- Develop cost estimates from feasibility through to construction documents
- Analyze project specifications and contracts for costing
- Prepare budgets and manage final cost presentations
- Collaborate closely with contractors and stakeholders
- Conduct price benchmarking and market analysis
- 7+ years of experience in cost services and quantity surveying
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying
- Preferred CIQS or RICS membership
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and estimating software
