Leverage your VMware expertise in this 12-month contract role supporting VMware Cloud Foundation in Toronto. This opportunity involves infrastructure support, automation, and system maintenance. As a VMware Consultant, you will engage in administration and maintenance of VMware VCF components, Azure IaaS environments, and disaster recovery solutions. Ideal for candidates with strong experience in VMware and Azure, this role focuses on developing automation pipelines and identifying efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation components
- Manage disaster recovery solutions, including vSphere Replication
- Develop automation pipelines with Ansible Tower
- Perform health monitoring and platform validation
- Enforce cybersecurity controls across platforms
- University degree or college diploma in IT or related field
- Minimum five years in VMware ecosystem, vSphere experience
- Three years of experience with Azure IaaS and DevOps
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
- Experience in 24/7 production environments
