Techso is looking for an Industry Process Consultant – PLM to participate in a major PLM transformation project within the luxury goods industry - in the Paris region.

In this role, you will work at the heart of the project, bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams. You will contribute to defining and improving processes while supporting stakeholders in adopting the implemented solutions.

What You Will Accomplish

As part of this PLM transformation project, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize stakeholder requirements;
• Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Translate functional needs into clear requirements for technical teams;
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops;
• Facilitate communication between business, functional, and technical teams;
• Contribute to defining and optimizing PLM processes;
• Collaborate on the configuration and evolution of the implemented solutions;
• Participate in testing, qualification, and validation activities;
• Document processes, functional requirements, and key decisions;
• Support users in adopting new tools and processes;
• Contribute to change management throughout the project;
• Maintain clear and effective communication between stakeholders.

You will work across the following functional areas:

• EBOM management – Engineering Bill of Materials;
• MBOM management – Manufacturing Bill of Materials;
• Kit management;
• Power’By integration;
• Data classification;
• Report generation;
• Project management;
• Weight management;
• Cost management.

The Profile We Are Looking For

You have:

• A university degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field;
• Relevant experience as an Industry Process Consultant, PLM Functional Consultant, PLM Business Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Hands-on experience analyzing, defining, and optimizing business processes;
• Good knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, or product lifecycle management environments;
• A solid understanding of EBOM and MBOM processes;
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements;
• Experience preparing and facilitating workshops with various stakeholders;
• The ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams;
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills;
• A structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach;
• Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, as you will work with French- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

What Would Be Considered an Asset

• Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Power’By and SolidWorks;
• Experience with ENOVIA;
• Knowledge of NETVIBES;
• Knowledge of ITEROP;
• Experience implementing or transforming PLM solutions;
• Change management experience;
• Experience with data classification or report generation;
• Knowledge of project, cost, or weight management processes;
• Experience in the luxury goods, fashion, or high-value manufacturing industries;
• Experience working in an international environment.
