Job Responsibility:

Overview As a Project Management Coordinator within company Discovery's Gaming division, you support the Project Managers and creative teams by organizing project timelines, tracking tasks, and facilitating collaboration. You ensure that the creative team including designers, motion artists, editors, and production artists has the resources and information needed to execute high-quality work. Your role bridges communication between creative, marketing, and production teams to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
• Track project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying any potential roadblocks.
• Maintain project documentation, asset libraries, and version control systems.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and ensure key action items are followed up on.
• Support project workflow management by updating tasks and tracking project status in project management tools.
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Assist with resourcing by tracking workload and availability across the creative team.
• Organize and distribute project-related materials to relevant teams.
• Support post-project analysis by compiling reports on performance, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with creative production workflows, including design, motion graphics, and digital content.
• Ability to track multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with marketing, social media, and digital advertising processes.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear project briefs, reports, and status updates.
