Techso is looking for a PLM Project Manager – 3DEXPERIENCE to lead a large-scale project based in Little Rock, Arkansas .

In this role, you will oversee the overall project, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and the PLM solution. You will collaborate closely with local teams and with Dassault Aviation in France to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

What You’ll Do

As part of this assignment, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;
• Managing, mobilizing, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten people;
• Overseeing the business aspects of the project and maintaining alignment between requirements, operational processes, and the PLM solution;
• Collaborating closely with Dassault Aviation in France, which is responsible for the project’s IT components;
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the different phases of implementation;
• Defining priorities, timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators;
• Identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies and implementing the appropriate action plans;
• Coordinating activities across business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders;
• Facilitating status meetings, workshops, and project committees;
• Ensuring clear and consistent communication with local and international teams;
• Supporting change management and promoting user adoption of the new solution;
• Ensuring project continuity and successful delivery throughout the full assignment.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
• Significant experience managing complex projects;
• Experience implementing PLM solutions or leading digital transformation initiatives in an industrial environment;
• Good knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE or another Product Lifecycle Management solution;
• Experience within the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing industries;
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills;
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment;
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and project committees;
• Full professional proficiency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• The availability to relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas ;
• The willingness to commit to the assignment for a minimum period of two years.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;
• Experience working with Dassault Aviation or Dassault Systèmes;
• A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile;
• Experience in organizational change management;
• Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes;
• Experience managing projects in a multinational environment;
• Previous international assignment or relocation experience.
