Mirabel Branch Manager with Leadership Focus

Join our team in Mirabel, QC as a Branch Manager, focusing on leadership and operational excellence. Oversee all aspects of branch performance and employee development. In this role, you will manage approximately 15 operations staff, honing your leadership skills to enhance team productivity and customer service. Your strategic approach will ensure safety and compliance while driving financial success and operational improvements. A strong culture and continuous development will be your goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and nurture branch employees continuously
- Oversee daily inventory and distribution operations
- Maintain a safe, productive, and service-oriented environment
- Investigate branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Cultivate strong customer and stakeholder partnerships
- 10+ years of leadership in branch management or related areas
- Proven success in team management and operational excellence
- Strong financial management and analytical capabilities
- Lean Operations or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Proficient in both French and English for effective communication
