Become an essential part of our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager, driving operations and enhancing customer experience. This role is perfect for seasoned leaders ready to step up. In this position, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and staff oversight. You will ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and training programs for employees. Your leadership role will also include performing cash management tasks and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in daily retail operations and management
- Assist with unpacking and merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer service matters efficiently
- Train, develop, and motivate team members
- Perform cash management and relevant duties
- At least two years in retail management
- Two years of supervisory experience required
- Open schedule availability for shifts
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
